About Everything Appraisals

Everything Appraisals was created to provide clear, practical appraisal education for real estate agents. Rather than focusing on theory alone, the course suite emphasizes how appraisal concepts apply directly to day‑to‑day real estate transactions.

​The goal is not to turn agents into appraisers, but to help them navigate appraisal‑related challenges more effectively, reduce avoidable issues, and communicate with greater confidence throughout the transaction process.

Clint Walker, Certified Residential Appraiser

Clint Walker is a Nashville native who became a licensed real estate agent in 2012 and began working as a real estate appraiser in 2017.

In 2019, he founded Walker Real Estate Services to combine his experience as both an agent and an appraiser. That work evolved into Appraiser Pool, which continues to grow into a nationwide hub connecting clients and real estate professionals with trusted appraisal resources. In 2025, Clint launched TruePoint Appraisals, a local appraisal company focused on providing accurate residential appraisals, professional home measurements, and expert consultations.

​​​Clint is passionate about helping homeowners and real estate professionals better understand valuation. Through straightforward services and education-driven guidance, his work emphasizes professionalism, transparency, and precision—giving clients the confidence to make informed decisions.
