Clint is a Nashville native who became a licensed real estate agent in 2012 and began work as a real estate appraiser in 2017.
He created Walker Real Estate Services in 2019 to combine his expertise as both a real estate agent and appraiser, and in 2023, he launched Appraiser Pool—a network that connects clients with trusted, local appraisers.
Clint is passionate about educating the real estate community by sharing his knowledge with both professionals and homeowners. He offers simple, accessible services and teaches courses that make the appraisal process easier to understand.
