General Questions


Q: What is the Everything Appraisals course?

A: Everything Appraisals is a continuing education (CE) course designed for real estate agents to better understand the appraisal process, navigate challenges, and serve their clients more effectively.


Q: What other courses do you offer?

A: Currently, Everything Appraisals is the only course we offer, however we are in the process of getting CE approval for additional courses like Mastering Pricing and more, all designed to help real estate professionals gain valuable insights.​


Q: Are these courses approved for CE credits?

A: Yes! Each class we offer is approved for 2 CE credits in Tennessee.


Enrollment & Access


Q: How do I sign up for a course?

A: First, visit our course page to purchase the class you want. After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete your course registration. Once registered, you’ll get another email the day before the class with your Zoom access link.


Q: Can I take the courses at my own pace?

A: No. These are 2-hour live classes, and you must attend the full session in real time to receive CE credit.


Q: How much do the courses cost?

A: Virtual classes are only $19 per class. Pricing for in-person classes may vary depending on the host.


Course Content & Learning Experience


Q: What will I learn in these courses?

A: Each course is designed to provide actionable insights. Topics include handling low appraisals, pricing strategies, avoiding common pitfalls, and understanding how appraisers evaluate properties.


Q: Do I need any prior knowledge before taking a class?

A: No prior knowledge is required! These courses are designed for both new and experienced real estate agents.


Technical & Support


Q: What do I need to attend a virtual class?

A: You’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet, a webcam (to confirm attendance for CE credit), and a quiet space to participate in the session.


Q: What if I have trouble accessing the course?

A: If you experience any technical difficulties, contact our support team at everythingappraisals@gmail.com for assistance.


Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for missed events. However, if you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a different available class date. Just let us know in advance, and we'll help you make the switch.
