About the Instructor
Clint Walker, Certified Residential Appraiser
Clint Walker is a Nashville native who became a licensed real estate agent in 2012 and began working as a real estate appraiser in 2017. His background as both an agent and an appraiser gives him a practical, balanced perspective on valuation and its role in real estate transactions.
In 2019, Clint founded Walker Real Estate Services to combine his experience in sales and appraisal work. That effort later evolved into Appraiser Pool, a growing platform designed to connect real estate professionals with trusted appraisal resources and education. In 2025, Clint launched TruePoint Appraisals, a local appraisal company focused on residential valuation, professional measurements, and consultation services.
Through Everything Appraisals, Clint teaches continuing education courses that help real estate agents better understand how appraisals affect pricing, negotiations, and transaction outcomes. His teaching style emphasizes clarity, accuracy, and real-world application.
Podcast: Real Estate Appraiser Secrets
Clint is also the host of the podcast Real Estate Appraiser Secrets, where he shares short, practical insights into the appraisal process, common misconceptions, and real-life scenarios agents encounter.
