Why Incomplete Listings Hurt

A single front-of-house photo tells us nothing. Agents and appraisers need details to do their jobs. Minimal info makes it impossible to comp accurately.

Why More Photos Matter​

Photos help appraisers assess quality. Does the house have hardwood? Upgraded kitchens? Backyard patios? We can’t determine the value without seeing these features.

Save Yourself Time

Skipping extra photos only leads to more questions. Avoid calls from appraisers asking what could’ve been clear with a few extra shots of rooms, yards, and upgrades.

Turn off MLS syndication to keep photos off public sites like Zillow while still making them available to agents and appraisers.
